We've saved a bunch of time locally here in the Philippines using AdManage to launch thousands of ads. We can definitely vouch for you guys.
Challenge
- As Shopee Philippines became the first market to push short dramas inside Shopee Video, the team needed every new title live on Meta and TikTok the moment it landed, with 100+ ads in every batch.
- With one in-house media buyer, 15 to 30 new dramas a week, and separate Android and iOS setups on TikTok, manual workflows quickly became the bottleneck: re-uploading every agency clip from Drive, building every ad by hand at about two minutes each, pasting unique links and deep links one by one, and pausing weak ads one at a time.
- Ad setup alone took 8 to 10 hours a week, before any QA, naming or UTM work, leaving little time for the analytics the role increasingly demanded.
Solution
- AdManage became the central execution layer for Meta and TikTok campaigns at Shopee, sitting between the creative agency's Google Drive and both ad platforms so every drama launches in the same shape.
- In seconds, the media buyer can pull a batch of clips from Google Drive, duplicate an existing ad set, apply the dated naming convention, fill unique links and deep links, and launch, without manual setup.
- Table mode carries the heavy lifting, with CSV import and export letting the team prepare names, copy and URLs in Google Sheets and paste them straight in. Saved defaults lock in the headline and call to action, and Meta creative enhancements stay off at account level on every launch.
- As volume climbed past 2,000 ads, automation rules took over monitoring, capping spend at the daily budget and pausing ads from a daily Google Sheet list. Top Creatives reports give the wider team one view across Meta and TikTok, while regular check-ins, in-app chat and features shipped from direct feedback keep the workflow moving.
Outcomes
- 3,260 short drama ads launched across Meta and TikTok in the first 10 weeks, with 1,676 going live in the last 20 days alone.
- 380.3 hours of manual setup redirected toward analytics and scaling decisions.
- 129 structured batches kept dated naming, links and deep links consistent, and automated pausing lets the team plan a 3x to 5x ramp in ad volume on one in-house buyer.
