AdManage.ai Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ADMANAGE LIMITED and you ("Customer", "you", "your") when using our advertising management platform ("Service"). By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
When you use features that access the YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Ad Account
Your advertising account(s) registered with and connected to our platform
Advertising Spend
The total amount spent on advertising through our Service
Platform
The AdManage.ai software, technology, and related services
Customer Content
Any content, materials, or data you provide or upload to the Platform
Single Sign-On (SSO)
The authenticated sign-in methods we provide for accessing the Platform, including Google sign-in and email-based sign-in with a secure link or one-time verification code.
3. Service Usage
Acceptable Use
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintain accurate account information
- Keep access credentials secure
- Report any security concerns promptly
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing account access with unauthorized users
- Attempting to reverse engineer the platform
- Using the service for illegal activities
- Creating competing products using our service
4. Service Terms
Service Description
- You retain full responsibility for advertising results and decisions
- We make no guarantees about advertising performance
- Service availability and features may vary
Service Changes
- We may modify the Service at any time
- Changes will be notified via email or platform
- Continued use indicates acceptance of changes
5. Account Management
Account Security
- Use the official AdManage.ai SSO sign-in page for account access
- Keep access to your Google account and email inbox secure
- Regular security audits of connected accounts
Single Sign-On (SSO) Access
AdManage.ai account access is provided through our sign-in page at https://admanage.ai/sign_in.
- Google sign-in uses Google OAuth to authenticate users with their Google account.
- Email sign-in sends a secure sign-in link and may include a one-time verification code as a fallback.
- Verification codes are time-limited and should not be shared with anyone.
- Enterprise SSO arrangements can be discussed with AdManage.ai support if a customer requires a dedicated identity-provider configuration.
6. Payment Terms
Payment Information
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All charges are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
- Monthly billing with automatic processing

8. Data Processing Agreement
Data Storage and Processing
- All customer data is stored and processed in the United Kingdom
- Data is hosted in secure UK-based data centers
- We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data
- Data processing activities comply with UK data protection regulations
- We act as a data processor for customer-provided information
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain with AdManage.ai
- Customer retains all rights to Customer Content
- Limited license granted to use the Platform during subscription period
Restrictions
Customer shall not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer the Platform
- Access the Platform to build competing products
- License or distribute the Platform to unauthorized third parties
10. Platform Account Status
Third-Party Platform Decisions
Advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and others alone decide the status of your advertising accounts, Business Managers, pages, and related assets. That includes any review, restriction, suspension, disablement, or permanent ban.
AdManage.ai does not control those enforcement decisions and cannot reinstate a restricted or disabled advertising account.
Your Responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for:
- Creatives, claims, landing pages, offers, and targeting you launch or manage
- Compliance with each platform's advertising policies, terms, and community standards
- Payment methods, billing, and funding on those platforms
- How you use automation, bulk launching, APIs, and other Service features
Liability for Platform Actions
AdManage.ai is not liable for advertising-account restrictions, suspensions, bans, lost spend, lost delivery, or related damages imposed by third-party platforms, including where those actions follow use of the Service.
Appeal Assistance
Where reasonably practicable, we will help you investigate a restriction and prepare or escalate an appeal. That may include diagnosis, usage evidence, appeal wording guidance, and partner escalation channels when available.
We do not guarantee that any appeal will succeed. Only the relevant advertising platform can restore account access.
11. Liability
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" with:
- No warranties
- No performance guarantees
- No uptime guarantees
- No fitness for purpose guarantee
- No guarantee that third-party advertising accounts will remain active or unrestricted
Exceptions
Liability cannot be limited for:
- Death or personal injury from negligence
- Fraud
- Legally required liability
12. Cancellation
