Start time, optional end time
Set when the ads should start spending. Add an end time when the flight is a weekend or a drop, not an always-on test.
Ad scheduling
Scheduled Meta ads use start and end times on the ad itself. AdManage sets those times on the batch so a Sunday drop does not require someone in Ads Manager at 6am.
Start: 2026-08-18 06:00 UTC End: 2026-08-25 23:59 UTC
The ads exist in the account after launch. Spend starts at the scheduled time, so the Sunday drop does not need a 6am Ads Manager session.
Meta scheduling
Publish the draft. Time the go-live.
What it does
Set when the ads should start spending. Add an end time when the flight is a weekend or a drop, not an always-on test.
Meta scheduling is available on sales and app promotion objectives. AdManage surfaces the field where it will actually publish.
Keep the batch scheduled for Monday. Override a single row if that creative should start Sunday night.
Why this exists
Creative approval can happen Friday. Spend should start Monday. If those are the same click, someone has to babysit Ads Manager.
Meta already supports ad schedule start and end times. The launch tool should write them, not leave a Slack reminder.
How it runs
Naming, enhancements, preview link, and destinations first.
Choose the Meta start time, and an end time if the flight is dated.
Ads are created on schedule instead of going live the moment you click launch.
