Understand the program behind the promise
These campaigns may advertise coaching, food plans, exercise apps or clinical services. Identify the service first: similar language about a routine can lead to very different commitments. Compare whether the ad explains who provides support, what happens after a quiz and what the customer is paying for.
Treat health and outcome statements as advertiser claims. A testimonial or a long-running ad does not establish a typical result. Read the destination for eligibility, ongoing charges and the role of qualified care before comparing the offer with another program.
