Pendergrass Academy of Martial Arts is hosting a FREE community workshop for children ages 5 and older on Saturday, September 26 at 12:00 PM. During this interactive workshop, children will learn: ⦿ The 5 Rules of Engagement ⦿ The 3 T’s for defusing bullying ⦿ How to respond calmly and confidently ⦿ When to walk away and when to get help ⦿ How to complete the Rise Above Pledge This is not about teaching children to fight.
