Nothing sours a tenancy faster than disputes at the end, often caused by unclear records of a property’s condition at the start. That’s why a professional inventory is essential. August makes this simple by giving landlords a free inventory sheet designed to capture everything that matters: detailed notes, photos, and clear records that both landlord and tenant can agree on. By starting tenancies with transparency, you protect your property, reduce the risk of costly disputes, and build stronger tenant relationships. Trusted by thousands of landlords, August provides the free tools you need to manage rentals the right way.
