What is it: Kava is a root from the South Pacific that has been enjoyed for centuries, and is known to help people relax and unwind in social situations. How I drink it: I love that there is no added sugar in Kava Haven and I can simply mix it with a citrus sparkling water or ginger beer. It’s got a creamy, lemon flavor - much different from the traditional brown kava root you may have tried. How I feel: there are NO denying the effects of kava. Within a couple minutes your mouth will start to tingle and numb, then within about 20min I feel more relaxed and a little giggly. This is pure noble kava and it’s been safely enjoyed for thousands of years by Pacific Island cultures (kava is the national drink of Fiji) and I love having a couple kava drinks a week with zero concern, personally.
